Our Halal rules

At our place, we are proud to comply with the principles of halal in all our processes of bovine meat production. We make sure to ensure animal welfare by making sure that they are healthy and alive before slaughter.

We also commit to not using anaesthesia or stunning before slaughter, and that it is done manually according to Islamic methods by qualified Muslims. Furthermore, we maintain a strict separation between our halal production and any other production, and we make sure to follow all steps of the production chain, from slaughter to packaging, to ensure the quality and halal compliance of our products.

As the project manager, I am delighted to share with you my professional journey and convictions. After 15 years in hospitality management, I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Najm and discover his business vision, which deeply inspired me. I firmly believe that working in the food industry is more than just a job, it is a source of goodness and blessings. That is why I accepted the challenge of joining this great team and committed myself to bring positive changes and to solve problems in the halal food industry.

H. Fadi: Financial Manager, is responsible for analyzing customers’ financial situation and commercial credit insurance.

A. Ghazi: Marketing Manager, is in charge of developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans as well as developing the company, he is also in charge of representing the company in Africa.
